Your role :

• To act as the interface with clients and internal development staff
• To analyse and produce detailed functional requirements and specifications
• To work closely with functional users
• To manage product lifecycles for software product lines
• To participate in the preparation and support of training for users
• To assist sales and marketing in prospecting and preparing proposals
• To coordinate, prepare and perform business acceptance and customer testing of applications prior to release

Your profile :

• Minimum of 3 years Business Analyst experience, a good understanding of the software life cycle, modeling tools and a full conversant with business processes
• Experience in one of the following industries: telecommunication, fund administration, credit card
• Consultancy mindset
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent oral/written communication and customer service skills
• IT experience in business systems analysis in a medium-to-large environment
• Team player
• Flexible person with a good response to pressure
• Excellent writing skills
• Fluency in English and French
