Programme Manager (m/f)

Your role :

• To take full responsibility for coordination and delivery of the multiple facets for large projects that involve business and IT matter

This encompasses :

• Managing and motivating projects comprising of internal, third party and client in-house resources
• Taking responsibility for the commercial success of the programme
• Providing business knowledge and technical/advisory support for systems development
• Working closely with developers and requesters identifying deliverables and functions throughout a project lifecycle
• Ensuring the project/effort is adequately staffed, trained and managed within approved manpower and budget guidelines
• Providing management level status reports
• Improving productivity and reliability

This position needs a high level of creativity and independence as well as the utmost organisation and comfort with new technologies.

Your profile :

• University degree preferably in engineering, physics, mathematics or computer science
• Success in delivering and managing large programmes covering business transformation, architecture design, systems development and release management
• Strong 'team leadership' whilst being able to function as a highly effective, integrated member of the team
• Strong leadership and effective 'people management' skills
• Excellent communicator at all levels of the organisation
• Very strong contractual and commercial experience
• Good interpersonal skills to build effective relationships at all levels
• Good presentation skills to be able to deliver key messages
• Task orientated, self-organised, flexible, able to work unsupervised; Highly self-motivated
• Consultancy ’mindset’
• Fluency in English and French
