with our client we pinpointed the information that needed to be extracted
from the TAP 3 files and analysed the best way in which to process
this information. Following this we developed the interface program
between the MIS system and the TAP 3 files. Before deployment we defined
and initiated different test scenarios to ensure that the information
was being dissected in the correct manner.
A TAP 3 release 2 extraction program was deployed and an exported
version of TAP 3 including file level information and call statistics
The technology used in the delivery was :
- Windows NT for the operating systems
- C was the programming language
