Xpectis were engaged by Kneip Communications to work with their IT team in defining the general requirements, project planning and project organisation for the implementation of an integrated enterprise system.
In the project definition, the Xpectis Business Analysts assigned defined

- Overall data and function models
- Technology recommendations
We are currently assisting Kneip in the development work of this solution.
Xpectis were chosen as the right kind of company for this type of role because of the expertise that it brings from working on large financial-related IT projects and working with leading technologies (J2EE and Open Source in this case). The project is still in progress and the first phase will go live by the end of the year.
