Our review has been articulated along the following axis:
- Information gathering
Sessions have been organized between Rothschild and Xpectis technology staff to acquire a better understanding of the network and the applications and to establish a first inventory of the applications and systems.
- High level target design
Based on the above inventory, Xpectis in collaboration with Rothschild experts, prepared a first high level design of the possible target architectures.
Once completed, this work has been followed by a presentation to involved experts from both parties
We seized the opportunity to propose a rationalization of the client network and to select or possibly develop and then deploy the right monitoring and administration tools.
- Financial Evaluation
A first estimation of the cost, including hardware, software licenses and people involvement has been computed to help Rothschild preparing the business case to get the approval to start the migration.
- Planning for the migration has been proposed.
